  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For frying.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the sliced zucchini and soy sauce, cooking until the vegetables are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
