  • Stir in the minced garlic, cooking for an additional minute until it’s aromatic.
  • Add the herbs and spices, then pour in the broth and bring everything to a gentle simmer.
  • Incorporate the canned white beans and let them cook for about 10 minutes to meld the flavors.
  • Finally, stir in the fresh spinach until it wilts down into the soup.

Notes
