  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to garnish Chopped green onions

Cooking Noodles

  • Start by cooking the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain them and set aside.

Cooking Chicken

  • In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and stir to coat well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combining Ingredients

  • Toss the cooked noodles into the pan, mixing everything together until the noodles are well coated in the sauce.
  • Drizzle sesame oil over the top, mix well, and remove from heat.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For extra depth of flavor, consider marinating your chicken in soy sauce and garlic for 30 minutes before cooking. Keep chicken breasts uniform in size for even cooking.
