Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and cornstarch if using. Mix until smooth.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Add the shrimp to the pan and sauté until they turn pink, roughly 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  • Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
