  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: herbs for garnish Consider parsley or chives.

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until they become translucent.

  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cover.

Notes

To store leftovers, let them cool completely before transferring to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave.
