Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 1 lb Juicy steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank) Choose a well-marbled piece for tenderness.
  • 2 ears Sweet corn (fresh or frozen) Can also use frozen.
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese Optional for a dairy-free version.
  • 4 cups Fresh greens (mixed lettuce, arugula, or spinach)
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic glaze For drizzling over the salad.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For seasoning the steak.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season your steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper, massaging the seasoning into the meat.
  • Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, then let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • While the steak is resting, grill the corn until slightly charred.
  • In a large bowl, combine the fresh greens and diced gorgonzola cheese.
  • Slice the rested steak and add it along with the grilled corn to the salad.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed immediately. Store leftovers in separate airtight containers for freshness.
