Preparation

  • Combine the beef bites and halved baby potatoes in your slow cooker.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes, ensuring everything is covered.
  • Gently stir the mixture to ensure all ingredients are combined and coated with the garlic butter.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
