  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt Adjust seasoning to taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the sliced kielbasa, trimmed green beans, halved baby potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic into the crockpot.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients, ensuring a good coverage.
  • Sprinkle in the black pepper and seasoned salt, and stir everything gently to combine.
  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Ideal to serve with a green salad or crusty bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
