  • 8 oz cream cheese Can be replaced with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta Cook according to package instructions.

Preparation

  • Layer the chicken breasts in the bottom of your Crock Pot.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth until well blended.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, ensuring it's well-coated.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Near the end of cooking, prepare the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
  • Serve the creamy chicken mixture over the cooked pasta and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

This dish pairs beautifully with fresh steamed vegetables or a crisp green salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat thoroughly before serving.
