  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped) For garnish.
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions (sliced) For garnish.

Preparation

  • In a large pot, heat the chicken or vegetable broth over medium heat.
  • Add the minced ginger and garlic, stirring until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
  • Pour in the coconut milk, soy sauce, and lime juice, mixing well.
  • Bring this mixture to a gentle simmer.
  • Carefully add the potstickers, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro and sliced green onions.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Garnish with extra cilantro, lime, or toasted sesame seeds. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For best texture, consume fresh.
